Losing Weight is a Battle

Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight can tell you, it’s hard work. There’s no way around it. Eating right and exercising regularly are the main components of the weight battle. Often forgotten, is the psychological battle of weight loss. It’s easy to grow weary and lose sight of your goals, especially when your favorite dessert is being served at a party or you just don’t feel like working out today- or tomorrow for that matter. I’ve been there. That’s why I’m going to share aromatherapy tips for losing weight without losing your willpower.

Before we talk specific oils, it’s imperative that I bore you with the facts. Buying cheap essential oils may give you a great discount, but what you are really discounting is the benefits that oil could give you. Pure, therapeutic grade oils are distilled and tested to meet the highest quality standards- go for these. Yes, they are more expensive. It only takes a few drops each time you use them; that’s pennies per use. Trust me you’re worth it.

I use essential oils all the time - to help me sleep, to help with allergies, to make homemade cleaning supplies, etc. I had no idea that they were useful in weight loss!
